OBJECTIVE ✨
Does your soul crave nourishment? Are you feeling depleted, maybe even burnt out? Is your creative energy waning?
In this intimate workshop in midtown Toronto, Harvard-educated empathy educator Kim Smiley will lead an interactive session to nourish your soul, and increase your empathy for yourself and those around you.
This workshop is part inspiration, part education. It’s designed to make you feel lighter, more aligned to your purpose, and more connected to your mind, body and soul.

✨What’s Happening? ✨
✨Writing — Kim will lead you in an empathy session to create personalized mantras.✨
✨Boundary setting - we will create a mantra to enforce your boundaries in a loving, non-aggressive way. (Kim calls it “empathy armour”)✨
✨Smudging — participate in a session to release negative energy and attract positive energy and inspiration. ✨
✨Chakra Alignment — Do you have a blocked chakra? Join us in an interactive exercise to discover which chakra could benefit from greater alignment in your body. ✨

A notebook. The prettier the better. Something to cherish, especially once your wisdom is inscribed on its pages.✨

Comfortable clothes —there will be some movement for those who wish to participate (not required). Come feeling your best, anything goes. This is a judgement-free zone.✨
